1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using OptimusPhil.io, OptimusBlogs, Bright & Epic Ads Intelligence, OptimusSocial or any related website, application or tool operated by Bright & Epic USA Inc., you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable service.

2. Website content and services

The website provides information about digital marketing, development, automation, AI visibility, infrastructure services and related tools, including OptimusSocial. Website content is provided for general informational purposes and does not create a client relationship, service agreement or project obligation unless a separate written agreement is accepted.

3. Free tools and AI visibility checks

Free tools, including the AI Visibility Scanner, are provided for preliminary insight only. Results may be incomplete, estimated, automated or affected by public website availability, technical restrictions, third-party systems and scoring assumptions. Scanner submissions must only include URLs you are authorized to review.

4. Bright & Epic Ads Intelligence

Bright & Epic Ads Intelligence is a business application that allows authorized users to connect Google Ads accounts, synchronize account and campaign information, review audits and recommendations, prepare improved campaigns, approve proposed changes and monitor results. Access may be limited to approved administrators, customers or accounts covered by a separate service agreement.

The Application may create manager-account link requests and use the Google Ads API to perform the functions shown in its interface. Its handling of Google data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. OptimusSocial

OptimusSocial is a restricted backend integration used to prepare, schedule and publish approved organic content to authorized Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts. It may verify account relationships, upload media, create and publish posts, store returned publication identifiers, track publishing state and retry eligible technical failures while preventing duplicate posts.

The service is intended for Bright & Epic and businesses that have expressly authorized Bright & Epic to manage the relevant social-media assets. It is not a public social network, consumer login service or substitute for Meta Business Suite.

6. Authority to connect and publish to Meta assets

You may connect, assign or authorize only Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts and Meta business assets for which you have valid administrative authority. By sharing an asset, assigning a system user, granting permissions or approving a publishing campaign, you represent that you are authorized to permit Bright & Epic USA Inc. and OptimusSocial to access the asset and publish the approved content.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate Meta permissions, promptly reporting revoked or changed authority, reviewing account access, and ensuring that supplied content, claims, media, promotions and publication instructions comply with applicable law, Meta policies and third-party rights.

7. Scheduled and automated social-media publishing

Authorized content may be published automatically according to an approved campaign schedule. Publication times may be affected by time zones, daylight-saving changes, Meta processing, API availability, platform limits, token expiration, account restrictions or temporary technical failures. Duplicate-prevention and retry controls reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every post will publish exactly once or at an exact time.

You remain responsible for approving campaign content and schedules, maintaining accurate account access, and reviewing published content. Notify us promptly if publishing must be paused or access should be revoked.

8. Authority to connect and manage Google Ads accounts

You may connect or manage only Google Ads accounts for which you have valid administrative authority. By completing the Google authorization and account-selection process, you represent that you are authorized to approve the applicable manager-account relationship and permit the Application to access and manage the selected advertiser account.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate Google Ads permissions, protecting your login credentials, reviewing account access, and complying with Google Ads policies, advertising laws, industry rules and obligations owed to the advertiser.

9. Automated analysis, recommendations and approved changes

The Application uses automated systems and artificial intelligence to analyze supplied information and generate audits, recommendations, advertisements, keywords, assets and campaign plans. Automated output may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular business, audience or jurisdiction and must be reviewed by an authorized user.

The Application is designed to present material campaign changes for review and approval. Newly published campaigns are created in a paused state unless the interface clearly states otherwise. You remain responsible for final approval, budgets, bids, targeting, advertising claims, regulatory compliance, publication decisions and campaign results. Verify every proposed action before approving it.

10. Meta, Google and other third-party services

The website and applications may depend on or integrate with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, Google APIs, OpenAI, analytics providers, Firebase, source-control and automation services, hosting providers, email systems and other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Meta and Google control their respective accounts, policies, API availability, quotas, reviews and authorization decisions. Bright & Epic USA Inc. is not affiliated with, endorsed by or responsible for Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google or other independent providers.

11. Acceptable use

  • Do not submit unlawful, harmful, misleading or abusive content.
  • Do not overload or interfere with the services or probe nonpublic systems without authorization. This does not restrict rights granted by an applicable open-source license or mandatory law.
  • Do not use tools to test websites or connect or manage Google Ads accounts without authorization.
  • Do not connect Meta business assets or publish to Facebook Pages or Instagram accounts without authorization from the applicable asset owner or administrator.
  • Do not use the services to violate Google Ads policies, advertising laws or another person's rights.
  • Do not use OptimusSocial to publish spam, deceptive content, unlawful promotions, infringing material or content that violates Meta's terms or platform policies.
  • Do not bypass security, rate limits, validation or access controls.

12. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website text, designs, visuals, code, branding, page structure and digital assets are owned by or licensed to Bright & Epic USA Inc.. You may not copy, resell or republish our proprietary materials without permission, except as allowed by law or an applicable license. This clause does not claim ownership of customer content or override open-source software licenses.

13. Third-party services and links

The website may link to or integrate third-party services such as analytics providers, Meta/Facebook Pixel, Firebase, hosting providers, social networks and external project websites. We are not responsible for third-party websites, terms or privacy practices.

14. No warranties

The website, applications and tools are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, exact publishing times, continuous third-party API availability, Meta or Google verification, app-review approval, platform-policy approval, specific rankings, business results, traffic improvements, conversions, cost savings or campaign performance.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bright & Epic USA Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from website use, tool results, technical issues or reliance on website content.

16. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The updated date identifies the current version. Material changes affecting a service account will be communicated through the service or by email where required. Changes apply prospectively; where the law requires consent or additional notice, those requirements apply.

17. Contact

OptimusBlogs · WordPress + ChatGPT

18. Account and website authorization

OptimusBlogs comprises a WordPress plugin, the service at blogs.optimusphil.io and its connected ChatGPT app. It is developed by Philipp Marvin Mueller under the OptimusPhil.io brand and operated by Bright & Epic USA Inc. These terms apply when you register, authorize a website or use that service.

You must be entitled to manage every website you connect and authorize the plugin separately on each installation. Keep your account details accurate, protect your credentials and revoke access when your authority ends. Do not connect someone else’s website or submit their nonpublic content without permission. Account access is personal to the authorized user unless a separate agreement permits shared or organizational access.

Use requires a compatible WordPress installation, an OptimusBlogs account and access to the app in ChatGPT. No separate OpenAI API key is required for this workflow. Your ChatGPT plan, tool availability, usage limits and third-party terms still apply. Installing the WordPress plugin does not provide a ChatGPT subscription or guarantee access to image generation.

19. Drafts, images and publication

The app can analyze authorized content, suggest topics, prepare articles, add relevant internal links, import images and revise supported existing drafts. New articles are saved as drafts. Publishing or scheduling through the connector requires that publishing is enabled for that blog and that you request the action. Enabling that setting does not by itself start background writing or automatic publication.

Review the destination website, content, author, categories, links, SEO fields, images and proposed publication status before approving a write action. Articles use the WordPress permissions of the user who authorized the connection. A request to save a draft is different from a request to publish it publicly.

Creating an image in ChatGPT and transferring it to WordPress are separate operations. The available host tools must supply an accessible file. WordPress then applies your selected original logo and prepares the JPG. An image visible in a conversation is not proof that it has been attached to a post. Inspect the saved WordPress preview and any reported errors before publishing.

AI output and automated checks can contain mistakes. Verify factual claims, recipes, measurements, copyright permissions, accessibility text and any professional advice. Inventory checks reduce duplicate topics but cannot guarantee detection of every overlap. SEO metadata, tables, images and internal links do not guarantee search rankings, traffic or revenue.

Maintain your own website backups. If a transfer or save is interrupted, inspect the existing post and media before retrying. The service uses duplicate-prevention controls, but network failures, third-party behavior and manual actions can still require reconciliation.

20. Your content and software rights

You retain the rights you hold in content and branding you provide. You grant us the limited permission necessary to transmit, process, store and display that material to provide the actions you request, operate the service and meet applicable legal obligations. This does not transfer ownership of your blog, articles or logo to us.

You are responsible for having the rights to submitted content, images, logos and personal data and for your publication decisions. AI-generated material may not be unique or eligible for exclusive intellectual-property protection. Rights and conditions associated with ChatGPT output also depend on OpenAI’s applicable terms.

The WordPress plugin and any third-party open-source components remain governed by their applicable software licenses. The general website intellectual-property clause does not limit permissions those licenses expressly grant. A software license does not grant rights to OptimusPhil trademarks or unrestricted use of the hosted service.

21. Allowances, service changes and ending access

The current standard Free account allows up to three connected blogs and one new publication per blog per day through OptimusBlogs. Drafting and editing do not consume that publication allowance. The blog’s timezone determines the publication day; scheduled publications reserve the applicable day. Any individually agreed allowance is shown in the account. Your hosting and ChatGPT costs are separate.

Any paid service or different allowance requires separately disclosed terms and your agreement. We do not charge you merely for installing the plugin. Changes to service availability or Free allowances will be communicated through the service or account notices where practicable; paid commitments remain subject to their agreed terms and applicable law.

You can disconnect a website, revoke ChatGPT access or request account closure. Your WordPress articles and media remain on your own website unless you delete them there. An already scheduled WordPress post may still publish through WordPress after disconnection; cancel its schedule in WordPress if you no longer want it published.

We may restrict access where necessary to address unauthorized access, abuse, security problems, unlawful use or service failures, with notice where appropriate and practicable. OpenAI, WordPress hosting providers and other independent services control their own availability and permissions. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
